Job Responsibilities:

1. **Sales and Business Development:** Actively seek out and engage prospective clients through various sales strategies and business development activities.

2. **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service.

3. **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and their applications to effectively communicate value to clients.

4. **Market Research:** Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and challenges.

5. **Sales Presentations:** Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients.

6. **Quotations and Negotiations:** Prepare and negotiate quotations, contracts, and pricing agreements, adhering to company policies.

7. **Sales Targets:** Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives while maintaining profitability.

8. **Lead Generation:** Generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach to expand the client base.

9. **Forecasting and Reporting:** Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management on sales progress.

10. **Collaboration:** Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with marketing strategies and product launches.

11. **Customer Feedback:** Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to improve product offerings.

12. **Customer Support:** Provide post-sale support, address client inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

– 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.

– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

– A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to sales.

– Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.

– Knowledge of electronics, embedded systems, or technology products is a plus.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

– Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
